    Cheerful place with great vibes and a warm outdoor pool available even in winter
    Cheerful, lively, welcoming vibes. The pool was 87 degrees and warm enough for kids to swim in even in late December. The breakfast is huge and a good value given how pricey some SF restaurants are.
    The beds were quite a bit softer than your standard hotel room beds, so our sleep wasnt the best. The smell of fire/smoke outside was intense.

    Wonderful location with great staff but know the building is older...
    The breakfast is great, efficient with attentive wait persons. The sherry/tea and bizcochitos hour every afternoon was wonderful!
    The breakfast only has ONE healthy option. I am a vegetarian who does not eat eggs so I only had fruit that was not ripe, oatmeal that was too watery and a croissant every day. Also the fan in our room in the main building was VERY noisy so it was either be cold or hope you could fall asleep at night with a noisy fan. The building is older but the fan problem should be fixed. Also the halls are not heated and they were chilly.

    Friendly staff, cozy and convenient hotel - best place to learn about Santa Fe.
    Loved free parking, and access to late night dinner. Location was excellent, heating system worked well, and breakfast was good.

    Have stayed there three times. Perfect location, free parking, accommodating staff, 12 PM checkout! We will certainly return.
    There was nothing I didn't like.
