    Don't bother
    Not much.
    It is 11 km from the airport, not 6, and he advertises the room for $50 per night, but it cost me $110. Everything is double what is advertised and this guy is a scam. I left Airbnb because of stuff like this, I'm disappointed Booking.com is allowing the same behavior.

    Quiet street, clear instructions to check-in and out on my own (which I prefer) & comfiest bed & bedding. Also beautiful wardrobe & desk.
    Mildew smell in kitchen/bathroom. I left my vanilla candle to mask it :)

    Quiet, peaceful, lovely old home that is well managed and in a nice location.
    The street that the Dunbar House is located on is lined by very tall, healthy trees--Maples, I believe--that create the most beautiful cathedral-like atmosphere. Really worth seeing from May through end of October. The house is an older one, but it has been kept in excellent shape. It has very nice hardwood floors. The house is well organized, and I felt quite safe there. Parking is very easy (lots of space on the street). The bathrooms were well stocked with the necessaries. The towels were fine. The kitchen provided is fine--it is quite nicely done, and has the basics for heating water, light cooking, plus a good toaster. I goofed at checkout time and drove off without my laptop computer. I phoned the owner and he was very cooperative about keeping it in a safe place until I could retrieve it that same day. Much appreciated!!

    There were no comforts--e,g., no soft chairs to relax in, no carpets on floors. The main floor bathroom was quite uncomfortable because there is too little room to sit on the toilet. The door tracks on the shower floor were dirty. There were no hooks on the wall where one could hang a towel or clothes while one showered. The second floor bathroom has good space around the toilet. The shower was out of order. The windows were always open, so the room was cold. The screens were filthy. Not sufficient hanging space in the room to dry towels. Only one towel and one wash cloth provided. The room was a little cold. No extra blankets. The home did not offer a warm and inviting atmosphere.

    Made my stay very comfortable and easy
    Great location, flexible times, come and go as you please, very friendly staff. Was great to wash my clothes and get them warm out of the drier, would certainly come here again, very close to a bus station which was convenient.
