    Very disappointing.
    Clean and very comfortable beds.
    Very very poor value for money At all other B&Bs on our trip the price included breakfast, ensuite bathroom/shower, a personal greeting, and good directions. Sadly all these were missing from this property. The price of 88 was more than some places and at others only 3-5 less. All the properties were in equally popular tourist spots.

    This was a good place to stay before going to Isle of Mull.
    We liked the location and the view from the window.
    To go to the bathroom, you had to go down some stairs, then up some stairs. At night, two of us fell. There was no breakfast. There was also, no heat in the rooms (two).

    The room was adequate for what was required.
    Basic room, adequate for purpose.
    Some parts of the fabric of the building need maintenance, grounds somewhat unkempt, some internal cracks, entrance door not maintained, not a very good first impression. Location not that easy to find after dark, postcode alone not particularly helpful, photos sent by the owners were somewhat useful, but a written description of how to access would have been a good supplement.

    Great place, quiet but so close to downtown.
    Zander was great; he responded to any questions almost immediately. He was so gracious in letting us keep our car at the inn after checkout for a few extra hours He also offered advice after our checkout when it was apparent we were going to be stranded in Oban because of bad weather.

    Location, view, ease of entry, large room
    I knew we would share a bathroom with our traveling partners, but did not expect to share 2 toilets among 6 rooms. It didn't turn out to be a problem at all, but you should be aware.
