Great centrally located place to stay, super clean, and if we come back to Austin we would happily stay here again.

The property was clean and exactly as advertised. It was close the UT which was great for us since our stay was for my daughter to attend a volleyball camp at the university. I loved that it had off street parking and the front porch was well lit. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cookware, & serve ware. My daughter thought the loft was cool even though the ladder was steep & she had to leave her suitcase downstairs. The backyard was really cute & the string lights made it even better! The master bedroom was comfortable with large closets and the bed provided a great night of sleep. The ice trays were full so we had ice when we got there. The water pressure was good for showers & dishes. The bathroom was well stocked with towels, wash rags, toilet paper, and hand soap. And the bathroom had a magnifying makeup mirror!

The door code was really long so we had to have our phones out to read it every time. There was only one trash can, in the kitchen, in the whole house. A bathroom trash can would be nice. No tv in the living room, only one in the master bedroom so my daughter had to watch shows on her laptop. A small welcome book that covers how to operate the unusual lights (never could get some to turn off completely), the living room speaker, the Google nest, and the door lock would have been nice. And a couple coffee pods, sweetener packs, & single serve creamers would have been nice since most people dont pack coffee supplies. The house rules were no smoking anywhere on the property so I couldnt enjoy a cigar in the beautiful backyard in the evening.
