Pool was nasty.

Great location close to down town.

We booked this house for a 3 day family vacation because if the pool. When we arrived, we learned that the pool had not been maintained and looked more like a pond. The propery manager told us they were trying to get it fixed. The next day, the pool maintenance guy showed up to clean the pool and told us he wouldnt get in it for 2-3 days. However, later that day, the property manager called us to say the pool was ready that afternoon (day -2 of our stay.) I told them what the pool maintenance said, so they sent out someone to test the pool the next day (day 3 of our 3 night stay). The pool was then ready so we finally were able to use the pool for 1 day. They emailed at the end of our stay and told me they were sorry but failed to offer any compensation for the time we lost on our vacation looking at a green pool and not being able to allow our kids to swim. I would not recommend this property. If they are cutting corners with pool maintenance; what other corners are they cutting . Also, since they told us something completely different from what the pool maintenance guy said and where willing to allow guests to swim in a pool that could have been unsafe due to chemicals; it only shows how much they care about their guests and would rather risks kids getting in unsafe water then provide compensation for failed maintenance.

Superb

We had a great stay with friends, just the long weekend that we needed

Location was great, gorgeous kitchen and downstairs area, nice and open

The pool was in the front yard of the house and tended to stay very warm all day and night. We thought it would be a relief to get in and cool down from the temps, however it was almost like a warm bath, also be very careful with the turf grass around the pool/front yard area, with the 100 degree temps this past weekend, it was EXTREMELY hot without shoes
