Suited us for location, good bus route.

Good location, good breakfast, friendly staff

Very small bedroom right next to front door and street. Noisy when other guests were returning at night and traffic noise. The bathroom was very cramped, shower was tiny and needed a good clean, broken tiles. Really needs updating.

The property was very over the top decoration wise. The restaurant area was very small and compacted with furniture. Expensive for what was offered for breakfast as the continental consisted of Tesco basic range yogurts and juice

Satisfactory, but nothing more.

The room was well decorated, clean and comfy bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The shower was filthy, lots of limescale and mildew at eye level and above while showering. The shower its self was very poor, constantly running boiling then freezing. The water pressure wasnt enough either. The hair drier was very old and tired, also needs updated. Curtains hanging off the rail.

The room was damp, there was scaffolding up at the window, the furniture was tired and the drawers kept sliding open, the shower room was horrendous with duct tape round the shower curtain pole, the shower itself was ancient and dirty.

The guest house was Fabulous, very handy for town, Tommy and staff excellent, great room comfortable excellent breakfast, Tommy very friendly we were there for my husbands 60th birthday, would certainly go back next time in Edinburgh, thanks very much Tommy enjoyed our stay.

Great location but rooms are very tired and needing refreshing which host has plans to do next month

Decent location for town centre and a great breakfast.

Shower room was very small and rather tired although the host did say they are planning to upgrade the bathrooms in the rooms in January. Window had to be wedged open with bath mat as it wouldn't stay up on its own. Great location but
