Location is good

the place was not as described. we were told we would get a private external bathroom instead we got a shared bathroom as anyone has access to it. Bedsheets have marks on them.

Superb

The room is very cosy and like home. The decoration is very nice and beautiful. The bed is very comfortable. The size of the bed is suitable for two people. And there are many facilities, like a refrigerator and coffee machine.

The room heater is not very good and a little bit cold during the night. The door lock is quite old, but the security is good. One room's big light does not work, but there are many other lights. So it didn't really matter.

The square it was on was beautiful

Very cold. Not cosy because it was so cold. Room was spoiled by strangely positioned partition wall from other bedroom. Huge windows with flimsy curtains that are not enough to keep the cold winter temperature out as the Windows are single glazed. Position of 1 bedside light was attached to headboard so impossible to sit up on the side of bed to watch TV...which is the only way to watch TV in that room.

Just a really pleasant and easy stay

Very friendly staff. Beautiful location. And the rooms were superb. Their communication with us was also superb and they were very kind allowing us to stay in the living area for hours after checking out of our room
