Great location, wonderful staff!

Amazing location right next to the cathedral and the Christmas market there. The staff was super nice and helpful and even kept some of our leftovers in their fridge! The hotel is within walking distance of many sights and restaurants. We loved it and would stay there again.

Only problem we had was a slow drain in the shower that flooded the floor on the last day. Our fault for not notifying the hotel that it was draining slowly.

Room very basic, would have been great if had provided hot drink making facilities. Breakfast was good but a bit shambolic at busier times

Perfect location for sight seen and shopping

Location is excellent, almost in front of Cologne Cathedral with a variety of places for meals, shop, and parking sports. Room is large and fitted fine an additional bed for my daughter at a very reasonable price. Well located, comfortable, accessible and good price for the money.

Breakfast was good but they could replace buffet food more often. Tiny TV and no fridge on the room.
