Exceeded our expectations in all departments. Well done Lesley and family and thankyou!

The historical link to WW2 American forces was a marvellous feature We were all fascinated by the preserved murals, the photographs and historical text. All this surrounded by peaceful gardens and wildlife. A lovely combination.

Beautiful location. Peaceful with extraordinary views of the Norfolk countryside. Wonderful accommodation, with all the facilities required for the family. Will definitely revisit in the future.

Accommodation was amazing home from everything you would need was at yr fingertips with some lovely extras, very comfortable and clean. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Will use this property again.

Half Term Break

We had a fabulous three night stay at Eight Ball House. The property was so clean and spacious. The garden area was brilliant for the kids to run around in safely. The hosts had thought of everything and even left us a Prosecco.

Absolutely lovely, we will be making plans to return asap.

Barrie and Lesley were perfect hosts. Eight Ball house is beautifully maintained, comfortable , clean and affordable, dog friendly house. Nothing was too much trouble, facilities were fantastic. Ideal house for family getaways.

Nothing at all. It is in the countryside with no shops close by so be prepared to drive. Good Supermarket and Petrol garages are approximately 10 minutes away.
