Superb

A brilliantly spacious and well equipped place- good for families.

We booked this at the last minute as we arrived at a different place that was unsuitable. Tushar was there waiting and couldnt have been more helpful, even taking us to the shop and dropping us back so that we could have in the basics. The bungalow was large and well kitted out, the pool and outdoor area done nicely. Access to Netflix and an air hockey table was a plus for the kids and We didnt use it but there was a karaoke machine there too! There wasnt enough bathroom products for the number of guests but they happily arranged a top up the next day.

Though they were very spacious the beds are rock solid, not just firm but very hard and uncomfortable . The French doors stopped locking from the outside on the second day, we did report it and were told someone would come and take a look but that didnt get fixed whilst we were there. It meant that on a couple of occasions we simply had to lock the electric gate but leave the house unsecured. Fortunately as a reasonably quiet area off the beaten track we had no problems but would have felt better knowing our valuables were locked away securely. The breakfast was late each day, disrupting our plans. Anyone booking should message well in advance with the timings of their breakfast delivery. There was a bit of an issue with the return of deposit, which whilst taken in cash on arrival they wanted to return to a Thai bank account or qr code. Fortunate that our friends were Thailand residents and could provide their details but this wasnt ideal. Method of deposit return should be discussed in advance.

pool, pool table , air hockey, kitchen , great outdoor space , cleaning staffs

need sun chairs to enjoy the sun beach towels for pool, comforter should be king size, air conditioning not enough power. more greener outside ,noise from neighbors went to 2-3 in the morning TVs didnt work with our HDMIs , limited tv options Area is a little shady we emailed before booking about pet policy and they never told us there was a cost until check in. I think thats deceiving.

The day when we arrived no water supply. We called the person in charge and they came immediately to settle the problem but it took about 2 hours to settle it. They fetch me to the nearer market to buy food for my families due to they need to wait at home for the water tank to send water. The staffs are good. The location is not convenient if you dont have transportation to go out.

Massive caution required before booking this property.

The management when we could actually get hold of them and the pool.

- Not even 1 minute of sleep due to the horrendous noise from next door partying so extremely loudly all night. Shouting, screaming, karaoke, loud music and people turning up literally all night. - Stained duvet and no sheets provided for sofa bed after being told originally we couldn't have any. (The duvets did turn up in a sealed bag so thanked management for their good service but when opened at bed time we were shocked!) Turns out we wouldn't need it anyway because of the horrendous noise from neighbours. - Uncomfortable beds (2 out of the 3) when we did try to sleep. - No breakfast as advertised. - Refusal from management to refund anything towards the 3 night booking after having no choice but to leave the property and find somewhere else to stay. * Please be aware that the neighbouring properties are managed by other companies so there is no control on what their guests do. We stayed in all sorts of accommodation during our trip 2 star to 5 star and this was definately the worst. If you do decide to book, you may be lucky but you risk having part of your holiday ruined like ours was.
