It is an exceptional hotel, brand new and very comfortable. The air conditioning was great, the room was very very modern, and the of the Merdeka Tower was a massive bonus. This is a room one wishes for in vacation and this is the perfect hotel to stay in KL.
I liked everything. There is nothing I didn't like.

Very nice hotel, and the staff clean/make up your room everyday! Element has its own restaurant- makes it easy to add buffet breakfast to your stay! There is also a gym and laundromat on site. The hotel is close to 3 malls- Intermark, KLCC & Avenue K. Other malls are just a short drive away from the hotel. My only gripe is the dirty air conditioner that left discolouration on the wall near the vent and someones old icecream left in the freezer, otherwise well maintained hotel and a good stay.

Long Stay 2 bedroom skyline suite
We stayed here last for 10 days in 2018 dec and choose to stay again for a long vacation of 14 days wtih a family of 5. Would definitely recommend the hotel cleanliness service location food comfortable cleanliness all is remarkable.
Thankyou for making our trip memorable once again !
Breakfast could change in variety. Requested for a complimentary bed as i had 3 kids and long stay but i was asked to pay.

The best base to explore KL
Exceptionally clean, great facilities, wonderful breakfast, wi fi in the room and in common areas was free and worked well. Spa was great, swimming pool is beautiful. Breakfast had so many choices. Comfortable bed, aircon worked great. Easy walk to Patronas towers. Very large room with great view. Hop off/hop on bus stop 2min walk away as well as the free Go KL bus stop.
Nothing to dislike. Some people complained about the elevators and aircon. Both were great. Free wi fi in the room and common areas worked great too. Spa prices are on the expensive side for a massage

Very big room. Clean. All the facilities possible (we even had new toothbrushes everyday). The bed was large but probably too soft for some (especially back sleepers). There is also a convenience shop near the entrance (somewhat hidden away).
Two nights in a row we had a false fire alarm. Imagine waking up to a loud message that you need to evacuate and then discover it was just false.
