    Great location. Slightly outdated hotel. Fantastic staff!
    The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are super friendly.
    The mattress was somewhat springy. The hotel was unable to provide me with a king or queen size bed despite booking one, so I had to settle for 2 singles. The bedsheets were stayed with blood and yellow marks. We never received any hand towels for the nights that we stayed there. We requested them once and received them only for that day. The walls in our rooms were quite damaged and covered in weird green marks. The lighting in the room was extremely poor.

    favorite hotel in bukit bintang. was here a couple of times before the pandemic.
    strategic location .the hotel has been renovated a bit i think. nicer room, better wifi reception...
    the western food restaurant and the 24hrs mini mart in front of the hotel have been converted into chinese restaurants!
