Friendly staff and very dated

Location

Dirty spa changing room. Small shower cubicle in the room. Cold in the Bar area. Food took a very long time to be serviced. No air con in the room.

As good as you can get for your money!

Booked this hotel the day before we had to travel to Plymouth. Was going to go down the usual premier inn route but glad I didnt. Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location. Great facilities, great staff and great value for money. Evening meal was brilliant as was the breakfast. If youre staying near Plymouth I dont see anywhere better to stay.

Nice staff; chilly room and poor wi-fi

We had a lovely spacious room with a bed comfortable bed - and the staff were really friendly.

The room was really cold - the radiator only ever reached lukewarm; the wi-fi in the room was also completely inadequate.

The hotel was great. The food was great. The leisure area was great too.

There was no hot water so we had to shower in freezing cold water. Also the radiators were on full but not hot. Same after using the leisure area, had a shower after and freezing cold.
