Very good

Very helpful and even gave us a later check out time on New Year's Day. Good value for money and about 20 min walk from the town centre. Comfortable and warm.

The hotel is a little dated and could do with some TLC, but that is reflected in the price.

Very clean, lovely staff. Was very quiet and relaxing. Will recomand if you need to relax. Pool with warm water, sauna and gym available all day. Parking on site, shops very close to the hotel.

Friendly, quiet hotel close to the station

The staff were friendly and accommodating as ever, this is my third trip to this hotel. My daughter loves the swimming pool and the breakfast was good. The rooms were a little dated but clean and warm.

The room had a slightly smokey smell but I aired it and it soon dissipated. (People are fined for smoking here.) The beds were on the hard side. The whole place was very quiet as there were hardly any guests, but actually this was a bonus!

Exceptional

Excellent time as we always do and never let down.

Whilst the hotel is looking a bit tired, all areas are very well cleaned and presented. We have been going to the hotel for a few years and the staff (Annabel, Sue and Graham) are so helpful and friendly. Free parking which is a good thing in Bournemouth.

It is a shame that the numbers have dropped down over recent years which is out of the hotels control and my worry is that this little gem will end up having to close and that will be a shame for the lovely people that work so hard there.

Very good

Perfect for what I needed.

Really friendly atmosphere. All the staff were extremely helpful. Gym and pool area were a welcome added bonus.

Some areas were tired in terms of decor, but I didnt mind. I would not put out so much at breakfast - putting out less means you can top up, but not cause as much waste. With people having a cost of living crisis this concerned me, but with a little positive action, can be made good.
