    Excellent hotel with great amenities and good location. Rooms are lovely and staff super friendly.
    Our room was lovely, huge comfortable bed, big windows with good views. The suite had an extra room with couches and a kitchen area. The laundry facilities were good and staff were helpful at the front desk and the breakfast counters. The location was excellent, just 2 blocks from the monorail and 20 minutes from the airport. Close enough tot he strip for quick access but far away enough to have some down time after the fun.
    The breakfast options were good, but no gluten free breads or pastries.

    Overpriced and uncomfortable. The hotel is old and poorly maintained.
    Shuttle service is provided to one location on the strip.
    The room services were horrible. For example, the towels we received were stained and bed sheets were torn. When the people are staying in the breakfast period of time, they will turn off the lights and not providing the good quality breakfast. During the happy hour time, when food ran out they would not refill the items in a timely manner. One elevator did not work, and it was under maintenance for most of our stay. They charge $17 for valet parking and they say its secured parking, but once the parking lot is full you need to park the vehicles near by road which is not safe.

    Poor service. Poor quality of the room. Poor responses to the requests . No importance given to guests. They don't really have staff to manage. No one cleans the rooms nor responds to requests. Highly disappointed.
    Omlette in breakfast menu.

    Good, but one of the lowest quality experience of the Hiltons Ive stayed at.
    Its a beautiful and decor from the 70s. Adds a nice charm to the environment.
    We were stationed at the elevators. It was so loud.

    It was conveniently located
    The breakfast arrangement was poor considering the Holiday season and rush. The last two days of our stay Dec 26 and Dec 27 breakfast was not sufficient for all the people staying at the hotel. The queues were long and breakfast was over quickly. There was scarce milk on Dec 27 and we couldnt get it at all. The sitting arrangements around breakfast area was also not sufficient.

    Good location , very spacious rooms & great breakfast!!
    Charges for parking even if self parked & very limited handicap. Valet entrance dark. Asked front desk for a remote for front room & it never arrived. Also the sofa couch can use some updating VERY uncomfortable even for a 8year old child

    Amazing experience, great room, a big one even with a big family, 2 adults and 3 kids, amazing service. I was with kids, and I requested an early check in and they gave without any problem. Amazing breakfast also
