    This Embassy Suite is my least favorite one. Just wasnt clean enough.
    Location was good if you after traveling by like us.
    Ive been to many Embassy Suites and the rooms werent not well taken care of. The carpets in the rooms looked and felt very dirty. But we were tired, it was late and the room was paid for. So we had no choice.

    the staff makes the difference
    location and service the staff.
    There was an issue with excessive card prior authorizations, but then everything was resolved very well.

    The staff was very friendly and helpful.
    The room was so, so cold, and the heat never seemed to work. The breakfast was not as good as other embassy suites.

    Very nice!
    We love staying at the Flagstaff Embassy. Both of our daughters attend NAu and I we won't stay anywhere else.
    The room looked a little beat up this time. Unfinished paint repairs.

    Too expensive for what you get
    The location, it was kind of in the center of what we were going for. The breakfast was good.
    The hotel, looked old, I usually love staying at embassy suites but this was disappointing. The air conditioning wasn't working the first night and we had to call to get them fix and they did, the carpet was torned in a spot next to the door and looked dirty. The vent was loud. The cost was to high for what we experienced.
