Property needs some TLC. Several amenities out of order, baseboards and caulking around sinks and shower dingy and dirty.

Clean room and adjustable shower head. 10/10

Charger was only 16 amp I believe, was about 11 hours to fully charge. But it was a free Charge Point station so by no means a big deal.

The cleanliness was great! The complimentary shampoo conditioner and lotion were greatly appreciated since we forgot to pack some hygiene products. That was a huge plus! Thank you. And thank you for allowing pets, we travel everywhere with our two pets. They are completely kenneled trained so they did not spend much time lounging on the hotel floor or beds.

There is no hot tub although you showed on the website there is a hot tub. Update your website, please. That was one of our main reasons we booked this specific hotel. My husband and I were very disappointed. And also, it doesnt hurt to turn the furnace on in the pool area. Our kids enjoyed the pool, but it was chilly in there. Maybe consider a pet refund after inspection of the room that no dog hair or potty accidents had occurred. Since I had mentioned our pets are kennel trained and potty trained well and are not allowed on furniture.
