Very poor

I never stay here again i payed good money to stay here for my kids to go to a dirty room and touch

Breakfast was great my kids love the breakfast and it was nice to have space to sit in eat

Room- when I checked in the staff was good and when I went inside my room the bed wasn't made it was urine in the toilet and it was food all over the counter it was horrible and it the reason I didn't stay at Sonesta ES suites Flagstaff 2023 because of the dirtiness

Good location to explore

400$ per night is a clear exaggeration for what you get. The place is in bad condition, quite wear out, dirty. Very bad breakfast and poor choice. The breakfast ends at 9 am on the weekend which is nonsense

Nice location but dirty room

Nice and quiet location, spacious room, free breakfast

Our room was dirty, there were food wrappers on the floor between the bed and nightstand, dead bugs, hair and dirt on counters, toothpaste or some type of soap smudged across the bathroom wall, and our pillows smelled like they had been used and not changedmusty smell, I dont feel like our room had been properly turned over before we arrived

Great room layout for families and cozy stay!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom king suite with fireplace and it was lovely! I appreciated the kids having their own room separate from my husband and I. The living space was cozy and we loved the fireplace.
