this was just an overnight to fly the next morning

close to airport

Suite was not comfortable enough for a suite. They tried to charge me parking when did not have a car and I had returned the tag when it was offered to me. When I saw it on the bill and said so, they were acting suspicious about it.

I was billed twice and staff has not investigated or responded to my message.

Breakfast, room size and cleanliness. All was satisfactory. Room was quiet. If I had not been charged twice for my room I would rate this hotel much higher.

Hotel staff is not thorough. I was charged once by Booking and then again at checkout (twice). $416.59 by Booking and $370.04 by Embassy Suites two days later. My messages to Embassy Suites has not been replied to. Please refund my second charge!!
