The shuttle was on time, staff was pleasant and helpful. The price was good. Location was what I needed for an early flight.

The pillows were uncomfortable, the bed was too soft for me but I realize that some might like it that way, the exit off the elevator needed vacuuming.

Cookies were good,rooms were clean. Don't recommend you stay there when so many other choices nearby

Bed was comfortable. Good cookies. Front desk clerk who checked me in. Location good for airport shuttlebus.

Dingy and dated facility, Hard to get anyone at front desk to answer phone. Room Entry ceiling light was out. Breakfast was marginal, some options but food was not tasty or hot. No decaf coffee but a sign says there should be some. No one wore a uniform or name tag to ID staff, esp. in breakfast room. Some kind of electronic reservaation system at breakfastroom was not working. I was to have breakfast included in room charge, hoping that they recoreded it (manually) so my bill is accurate. Morning (male) shuttlebus driver was loud and inappropriate, acted as though he didn't know where to go at the airport although freeway signage and terminal signage was easy to read. He took up alot of people's time at the hotel when we could have been on the road already.

Nice room nice staff great location the call center employees that answer the main number on google are the problem

Great location across from the airport great view of the river and planes taking off.

I called ahead of booking to ask if my card type was accepted there and was assured twice it was and after traveling an hour to the hotel I was not able to check in with my card. I had to wait for my partner to arrive and use their card. If I were alone I would have been stranded with nowhere to sleep.

Ok but probably won't go back.

The young lady at the check-in was very friendly. She accommodated us when our first room was not up to par. The bed was super comfortable.

The bar was supposed to open at 4 but did not open until about 5pm. Our first room when we walked in had dirty underwear on the floor. We went back and were given an upgraded room for the inconvenience.

Below expectation

Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly and service minded staff, close to airport. The repair guy was very friendly and polite and being service minded.

The ventilation unit in the room was really struggling to heat the room up, it was making very high noises throughout the night. The TV wouldnt work properly either, I asked for another remote control to try if that was the problem, but it wasnt. The halls and especially the elevator was freezing cold too, felt like they were trying to keep the energy consumption low. Overall it felt like the hotel is in need of a complete renovation.

The staff was amazing and made the experience.

The staff went above and beyond and were the absolute highlight of the experience. I'd come back just for them.

Some minor cosmetic/usage problems with the hotel. The ice machine was broke, the heater constantly rattled. Nothing horrible or ruining our stay, but little things.

I wish the room came with a refrigerator. Why do hotels put the grab bar in shower right where your shoulder lands.
