    A beautiful property with amazing staff; we will definitely stay here again if we return to Santorini.
    Maria at the reception desk was extremely polite and professional and she could not have done a better job. She gave us tips of where to go and when to avoid the crowds, and was always asking if we needed anything elseshe ensured we were well taken care of. The entire property was well maintained, our room was lovely and spacious, and just like everyone has said it their reviews the breakfast was absolutely amazing.

    Spectacular vacation
    Everything was spectacular, from the check in to check out. Maria was very accommodating and considerate. She helped us with all our activities, breakfast and room. She's given us recommendations with food, places to visit and money-saving tips.

    Fantastic stay! Great value for money and a beautifully looked after property and facilities.
    Maria was a fantastic host. We felt so looked after and she was so accommodating and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and we loved our stay.
    The room can be quite bright as the curtains arent great at blocking the lights from outside. The room was a little noisy from the corridor.

    We liked everything, the apartment was cosy, beautiful, comfy, modern, and extremely clean but the best of our stay was Maria who is into every kind of detail and prepared a wonderful breakfast for us by the pool.

    The hosts was great, breakfast was frash with healthy delicious choices.
    The property was clean, modern and welcoming. Love the garden and the pool.
    Some kind deodorant cleaning or air frashmen was used that was not necessary as the flowers in the garden scented the air beautifully.

    Excellent stay in karterados
    Maria from reception was so helpful during our stay. And helped organised transfers/excursions. The breakfast was absolutely great, Every morning we got a different breakfast with everything you can think of. The pool for everyone was super clean and had the perfect temperature. The room is exactly how it looks on the pictures, the air con is very good and the place inside smells very nice. Close to a small shop for water etc. We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald and will book it again next time!
    The location was 25 minutes into fira but was very busy - lots of traffic... which made it difficult to cross the road and maneuver into fira as there wasn't paths to walk along the whole way. Just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues. Might be worth having a vehicle if you were here for more than a few nights.
