    Very pleasant with a feel of Burgundy
    The room was great spacious light with large comfy bed and nice bathroom The pool is lovely and I was brought a glass of wine to pool side without even asking ! The evening meal was traditional and well executed
    The terrace on the road side is rather close to the road We were unlucky , it started to rain. There were not enough covered tables and the inside bar was full with a private reception so there was nowhere for us to have a pre-diner drink

    OK. BUT DON'T BOOK THE ROOMS WITH THE MEZZANINE
    Location was good for the A6
    The room we had was a mezzanine, it had a treturous spiral staircase that is dangerous at night when you need to get up several times. There was a smell of drains that was unpleasant. Opening the windows helped, but did not get rid of the smell.

    We had the junior suite and it was fantastic. It was a spacious room. The staf was great and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The restaurant was a bit formal.

    Lovely hotel with wonderful staff - but expensive
    The staff here are absolutely wonderful, incredibly friendly and made myself, my husband, our baby and our dog feel incredibly welcome and well looked after. The garden was a wonderful place for our dog to let off some steam (although note its not fully closed off so good recall might be needed!) and the pool was a lovely area. Breakfast was simple but good. Given some of the other reviews I was expecting the room to be a lot more dated but our junior suite was very spacious and comfortable and worked perfectly for us. The restaurant is very expensive but the food is wonderful!
    Service in the restaurant was very slow - we got the sense that the more you spent (the most expensive set menu, wine pairing etc.) the more attention you received from the waiting staff. A two night stay here with breakfast and our dog cost us 700 which seems very expensive - whilst it was a nice place with lovely staff value for money doesnt quite add up.

    Nice family room. The village of Beaune is realy closeby and if you like to visit to vineyards in the Bourgogne, this is an excellent location.
    The hotel really needs a face-lift and some maintenance. Restaurant is nice but expensive. Absolutely not recommendable with kids unless you're fine to pay 5,50 for a coke and at least 40 for a bottle of wine. The kids preferred the "Burger Bus", located 150 meters from the hotel..

    A great place for a stopover, a warm welcome and high end dining. Nice pool, but a bit pricy for mid level luxury.
    Large comfortable bedroom, good, quiet air conditioning, modern bathroom. Nice gardens but a bit scruffy.
    Road noise. A bit expensive for what was provided, not very luxurious.
