    The hotel was lovely beautiful building and grounds, and everything was great. Nice rooms with good amenities and a great bar and restaurant downstairs. Thoroughly helpful staff too. Highly recommended!

    Very disappointing, the lack of service and quality of the hotel spoiled my weekend in Beaune
    The location of the hotel is good, close to the center of Beaune. if you do not park in the hotel (see below!) you can use the free parking facilities provided by the city of Beaune
    I am extremely dissatisfied with the charging of my EV in the garage of the hotel. The cable refused to disconnect (and the same happened to the car of another hotel guest). I had to return home but had to leave the cable behind. I have sent multiple emails to the hotel asking for support, with zero answer Also the hotel is overpriced for the quality you are receiving. The furniture is old and outdated, the beds were awful and breakfast was not impressive at all.

    The Hotel de la Poste fit perfectly
    This is our 4th trip over the past 20 years, we extended our stay from 3 to 4 days. We brought our son and his wife they loved it and plan to return. This is the perfect Hotel for the experience of Burgundy shopping in the old town of Beaune for Americans. The staff bent over backwards to be accommodating especially Rabab Allaf at the front desk.
    What could have been better? My French for sure

    The staff was very helpful with directions; and meeting our needs in Beaune. Rabab was very helpful finding us a good place to eat dinner on a very busy night. Parking was easy.
    Our room had the toilet room on one side of the room, and the lav and shower on the other side; it was a little odd for us.

    Great location in Beaune
    We stayed here many years ago and it was a great pleasure to revisit. Service was excellent, as was the restaurant, and staff were very helpful and attentive. Great location.
    In 35 degrees, a pool would have been welcome.
