EXCELLENT 7 Bedroom EIR Vacation Villa - PRIVATE POOL

this property is in no way Fabulous as stated in the advertisement. Property was dirty. cockroaches, midges, stair carpet and mattresses were filthy. Very basic property. Owner does not want to take responsibility of poor condition of property when raised. very dated and had to purchase items to enable me to cook for my family which was later reimbursed. very disappointed on arrival considering what we paid to stay here. no little extras to make your stay easier. I bought cooler bags to enable us to take a picnic and left them at the property. pool was broken on arrival and owner tried to say it was ok before we arrived owner will say its not a five star hotel. its not even a two star! absolutely disgraceful property. Shame on you for duping people into renting your property based on your advertisement.. this does not represent your property!!!!

I liked the Resort-it was nice for the kids. Not a lot of things to do on site but it satisfied them (the Pool, Miniature Golf, Volleyball, and the Playground). The House We stayed in was ok. The look & build of it all was good. It should have been better cleaned; it was very dusty. As if no one stayed there in a Very Long Time...which wasn't the case. There was a Family there, just before Us, I was told. That they had vacated the premisses before their time and left the place a mess, per the Property Manager. That He was just there (an hour to our conversation) cleaning it up--well that didn't happen, at least to Our standards. The things that were there to use were either out dated, broke or stained. There were flying roaches (2) -We killed them. There were ants constantly in the Bathrooms. Some of the Amenities in the House didn't work. Some things were not matching (bedding, utensils, etc). There were Lizards everywhere. There was mold in the Master Bedroom shower. The Tubs (All of Them) were not cleaned; they still had Soap Scum in them. The pool wasn't cleaned ...bugs and green mold or Algae was at the bottom. They had to send someone about that. The pools Swim Wrath was torn. The Pool area itself wasn't clean. It had standing Mercury like water around, were Mosquitoes live & hatch. Not sure what animal was around that kept laying eggs, but we had to clean up Eggs Shells from the pool area (twice). We had to buy cleaning products to clean up. The house smelled old. It was more--I sent a text to the Home Owner. I have video's as well. We'll be back to Florida, but probably not that House or Resort. I'm a timeshare holder (Massanutten & Westgate), Never have I experienced this within the 6 years We've been traveling. We do 3 Vacations a year. We chose this option, seeming it was the best for use at the time, (date, cost and space), because our regular TimeShare slot was full.
