It was amazing

It was clean and clubhouse was good the bar was open was a bonus !! It was great property the clubhouse People didnt get the til 11 am a little late they should be there when the clubhouse opens at 9 am !!!

The house where were in the showers need some Work but either than that is was all good !!

Okay, but could have been better

I like the hot tub and the quietness of the area.

I didn't like that most of the staff didn't speak English. When we went to check in they were made aware that we would arrive between 2 and 3 AM. They told us the guard would have our key and he didn't. We had to stay outside in the rain for almost 3 hours before the guard could help us. I didn't like that everywhere we drove was at least a 25 minute drive. And I especially didn't like the 45 minute drive to the airport. It was too difficult to speak to a live person to get any answers for anything we may have needed. Nothing was explained to us prior to checking in so we had to figure everything out on our own.

The beds are hard as hell the couch smells like dog pee . There is no staff when you check inn it's dun at the gaurd gate . I will never come back to this place

The area was really nice especially their club house

Well for starters when we first check in they told me we had a hot tub that's what I wanted the hot tub didn't work they send someone to look at it was told couldn't do nothing left we called since Wednesday to complain was told someone call me back never did the bathroom on the second floor very dirty hair on floor toilet didn't flush well comforter on first floor very dirty old stain up very upset I never stayed at a place that was dirty on top of it called since Wednesday complaining about issues of the place never got back to me when I checked out Monday November 27 all I was told was to reach out to booking. Com really very unprofessional will never ever stay at your location again especially how much I paid and I will not ever recommend this place either I feel like I got robbed for my money my anniversary stay was horrible also king size bed very squeaky on the second floor never again
