The streets in the neighbourhood are very high if you want to go to Istiklal, you must be in good health condition, the area at night has plenty of of bars you see too much people drunk everywhere. Breakfast is very simple but the staff working hard to satisfy all guests

Location was fantastic, GalataPort was 5 min walking down the street, many restaurants and cafeterias around. Hotel it self serves fantastic breakfast in wonderful facilities downstairs. People working in a hotel
Are the best people I have ever met, very friendly, very helpful and understanding- that made my trip, thank you all for my wonderful and heart worming stay
Room was very clean and with everything you need, I stayed in 2 floor flat that had terrace too - it was fantastic. Im definitely coming back. Thank you so much all for making my trip special

We arrived super early and the staff have been offering us a breakfast- time to get the room ready which was 4 hours before normal check in
We were a bit cold so maybe to add blanket or turn on the heater during December and winter months

The staff and breakfast were amazing. Cleanliness and sounds level in the room were not great.
The breakfast was fantastic, lots of options and very attentive staff. The location was great - very central. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. The room was soundproofed from the outside so the traffic and street noise were never an issue.
The carpet wasn't clean and they gave me slippers stained yellow (they were replaced the next day!). There was a power outage on my last evening and the generator was unbelievably loud so I couldn't get to sleep until gone 3 am. Also, I was directly next to the door and could hear whenever people were coming or going and sometimes they returned gone 1am so I was pretty tired by the end of my stay. I wouldn't recommend for business travel.

Very nice and cosy butique hotel located in great Beyoglu district with loads of cafes and restaurants around. Our room was upgraded which was great, breakfast was more than good and the staff very friendly.
Fitness room is very small, the treadmill wasn't working - the reception was notified about that but did nothing about it during our stay. We have some issues with the room doors lock but we were assured that it will be fixed after our check out.

It's not the first time I'm going back and spending my vacation in Faik Pasha Hotels. The atmosphere, clients orientation, good level of service, friendliness and hospitality of the hotel team are very attractive. As well as the interior of the rooms and apartments, impeccable cleanliness, snow-white towels and bed linen, comfortable mattresses and pillows. There is an excellent location in the Jihangir area, walking distance to the metro, tram stop and ferries. Thare is the pleasant restaurant at the hotel, where breakfasts are served. The breakfasts are delicious and fresh (including homemade cakes), held in a pleasant relaxed atmosphere.Nilufer, Emre, Levent, thank you very much for your care and help during my stay.
