Pleasant

Hockey tournament. Kids where allowed run fight and play hockey in hallways. Completely out of control board on dangerous if walking though hallways.

The breakfast was adequate.

We were exhausted by the time we arrived. Our room smelled strongly of urine. I went to the front desk and told the lady working that evening that the room had a bad odor, she did not comment. I asked her if she had a can of Lysol spray or something that might help, and after a few minutes of searching she found a can of disinfectent. It didn't help much. Also, we only had 1 wash cloth and I had to ask for another, as there were two of us. We asked about an additional charge that was added to our room when we checked in and she said she would talk to a manager about it. The manager did contact us and explain that the extra charge was routinely put on there for incidentals, but our card would be not be charged for this when we checked out. The manager was very helpful in that respect. Had we not been so exhausted, we certainly would have refused to stay in the room we were given as it obviously was not clean.
