Room 60 was clean and had convenient amenities like 2 refrigerators and a separa (Read More)ting door between the adults and children. However, the queen-sized beds were squeaky and the road noise was noticeable, especially with emergency vehicles. The breakfast offered great options, including gluten-free choices. The staff were knowledgeable and accommodating, allowing for an early check-in. The location was also convenient, with a 15-minute walk to the water. Overall, the reviewers would stay here again if in the area.

    Everything was great up until the second night. I left to go do some shopping and returned at 11:10pm. I tried to get in my room and the key was not working. I could not get in my room. I went to the front desk, no one was there, the doors were locked, and the lights were all off. I then called customer service to see if they could get a hold of anyone. They were as helpful as they could be. I was put on hold while they called the front desk ( as i had done already) they said no one would answer and for me to go back to try the desk again and if i still didnt get anywhere to call her back and they would find another place for me to sleep. It was now almost midnight and i was exhausted not to mention i had all of my belongings in the room, i had to call my boyfriend who was an hour and a half away to come and bring me his key card because i was locked out and and in my car. I waited and fell asleep in my car for the hour and a half for him to get back not to mention the 45 mins i had spent on the phone with customer service. I am extremely disappointed in my stay at Best Western Cold Springs. Paying $200 a night my expectations were a lot higher.

    The room was very comfortable. I got the upgraded king spa room. We were very relaxed and with the upgraded room we had a separate room with a fireplace where we got to eat awesome local pizza and watch the Eagles beat the Chiefs from the hot tub. Not far at all from the main attractions and parking is plentiful. Get the parking app to make it easier. For a random road trip with my girlfriend and I I was very happy and enjoyed my stay. I would definitely return.
    Could have had some more blankets on hand. It does get cold. Nothing else was a problem.

    We cane to watch the Thanksgiving parade not realizing it came right by the motel.Made our stay .
    We loved the beds.The room was very clean.nice. TV..Checkin was easy.even had cookies for my grandson.Would definitely stay again!

    The Best Western Cold Springs Plus was a comfortable, friendly, accommodating place to stay.
    The front desk was friendly and helpful, suggesting restaurants for dinner and giving me everything I needed, including an emergency number for the night security. Breakfast was sumptuous (waffles, cheese omelettes, oatmeal, muffins, pastries, toast, fruit), something for everybody.
    The in room fridge had a motor that was a bit noisy, but not bad. No problem sleeping.
