    right off the freeway
    The check in lady Asia, was rude. She was not at the front desk and when I called out, she did not respond. After 3 times trying to get someone to come out, she came out from the back and said I heard you the first time, but I was on a call. I do not know how she expected me to know that. While she was checking us in, she proceeded to interrupt the process to cater to others. It was obvious she was not happy to help us. The breakfast was very good. The server in the morning did a great job, she was quick to clean tables and didnt need to be asked. There were not many luggage carts, people were waiting in line to use them. Our key card stopped working in the morning. After we came up from breakfast we could not get in. I had to go back downstairs to get it rekeyed. the morning lady at the front desk said this was a known problem. Please Address this.

    Overall, I did enjoy my stay here.
    The hotel was clean and easily accessible off the interstate. Hotel staff was friendly . The breakfast selections were adequate - eggs, breakfast meat, waffle, oatmeal, bagels, cereals, yogurts.
    The only thing that I did not like is that they do housecleaning every other day, so on my 2nd day there, I had to go downstairs to get clean towels.
