    A wonderful stay!
    the breakfast was wonderful selection. Something for everyone's taste. Location was convenient to the event I was attending, Staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

    Comfortable beds and friendly staff but not worth the price
    Friendly staff, comfortable beds, clean, good breakfast buffet, convenient to freeway
    Bathroom door caught on floor and did not close all the way, mini fridge froze a canned beverage which exploded and leaked on paper takeout food container (staff did offer a small discount to compensate), stayed 4 nights beginning on a Thursday and were told maid service was every other day. Opted not to have maid service Saturday, kept do not disturb tag off on Sunday, came back late that night to find door ajar and no maid service done (nothing missing/stolen, but still). Only stayed here because Fairfield Northampton was booked and we had a great experience there in the past and figured Holyoke would be comparable. Overall not worth the $1,000+ cost. Would not return to or recommend Holyoke location.

    Okay for a short stay if visiting area, but rooms need to be re-done soon.
    Location was perfect for my needs, and very convenient to the interstate.
    Noticed dirt under the sink in the bathroom where feet don't reach - do not think it was cleaned fully. Bits of peeling wallpaper and plaster in both bathroom and bedroom, all in corners/nothing major, but numerous and clearly starting to be a problem. Bit of disfigurement in ceiling makes one think water may be an issue; no vent to turn on in the bathroom - wall had a grate for airflow? but no sound of a vent turning on with either wall switch and even with door wide open bathroom was very steamy after a short shower/took a long time to stop being humid after. Smell of mildew in bedroom (not strong but noticeable once been in the room a while/trying to sleep)? Overall, while main areas of hotel seemed fine, but based on the room it needs some maintenance/refreshing.

    Room was very cold upon entering and it wasn't easy to adjust the temperature. All the bedding felt damp and it made it uncomfortable to sleep. This was the complaint of the entire family--all 3 rooms.
