    The staff made the reservation at the parking garage nearby and gave us specific directions-- so helpful! When they could tell we were running late, they contacted us and arranged for the desk to still be open. Our room also had an amazing frescoed ceiling! It was so near the port for our cruise!
    It's located on the 3rd floor with no elevator, and the bathroom was dated...

    The staff was friendly and helpful, there are some vending machines on the spot.It is 500 m from the railway station Piazza Principe,close to restaurants, coffee shops ,hop-on hop-off bus.
    The hotel has no elevator,it's located at 4th floor of an old building,not convenient for travelers with disabilities.

    Comfortable rooms close to the train station
    The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped. There is a vending machine that sells cold beverages and a coffee vending machine, both at cheap prices. Old room with beautifully painted, museum-like ceiling! Perfectly situated between the Piazza Principe train station and the old town, each only a 5 minute walk away.
    The room, especially the later on in-built bathroom with a very loud toilet flush, was a bit old but nonetheless clean.

    The hosts are very hospitable, everything was perfect. The location is also great, close to central train station and also to the historical city center. A few steps away are the university and museum. The room has a garden view, very quiet with all the amenities needed.

    Great staff, great location, great value for money
    This place was definitely good for the value. First of all, the most friendly and helpful staff ever. They were very kind and supportive. The room was packed with essentials, I stayed for two nights, and I was mostly pleased. The location is also great, I had a train to catch by 6 am from Genoa Piazza Principe and I walked there with no problem :)
