    Comfortable room, free parking on site, great breakfast
    Good location easy access to Annecy (own transport assumed- free parking on site). Lovely breakfast buffet style. Room v comfortable except plumbing - see comment!
    Room v good except suspect defective plumbing drainage- significant odour when room first occupied, ok after airing the room with door open (had to repeat on subsequent days).

    Secure site on edge of town
    No contact with staff - efficient remote check in allowed for early check in before visiting the town. Good secure parking.
    Room adequate but cramped - had to shuffle along one side of bed. Bathroom is a molded pod with little space.

    -poorly soundproofed (fortunately we were in a room upstairs) -limited space and furniture

    Nice common spaces, good position
    Way too expensive for the quality and the size of the room. I am not even commenting the toilettes, which are smaller than the ones you can find in a van.

    There is a very poor ventilation in the rooms. And you hear all the noises from the surrounding apartments.
