    Great stay, friendly staff
    Staff was super friendly. My fianc has bad allergies, but had no problem staying here at all. They cleaned well every day. The view from the room was nice. Great location. There was even a tiny elevator, so no need to drag the suitcases up the stairs.
    The walls are pretty thin, so you hear your neighbors very well. The shower ran out of hot water.

    - The staff here were some of the warmest and most welcoming people we met in France (and contrary to some stereotypes, most of the people we encountered were this way). They also provided a map and highlighted points of interests around town - The area is very walkable and just a stone's throw from the lake, the main sites and tons of restaurants, cafes, pubs and stores - The room was extremely comfortable: spacious, super clean, quiet, blackout blinds, and it had an amazing shower and some of the best pillows I've slept on (I meant to check the brand before leaving!)
    - Not much comes to mind other than I felt a little bad for all our comings and goings since someone at reception hangs on to your room key whenever you leave the hotel

    A great hotel right in the center of Annecy. Great hospitality and good value for money.
    The location is perfect, right in the center of Annecy, close to the central station. The staff was very warm, helpful and welcoming. They were always happy to give information about the city and its attractions. Breakfast was great and included French cheese, croissants, bread, fresh fruits, yogurts and more. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi, although the signal strength is quite poor
    The room is quite small, especially the restrooms. It was quite hot during our visit, and the air conditioning had a hard time cooling the room.

    Good central hotel for a short stay.
    Hotel, room and breakfast all good with friendly staff. Quite central for main attractions.
    The bathroom was small. Using the toilet was difficult as it was very near the wall.

    Excellent location in the heart of Annecy and also close train/bus station. Very good an beautiful hotel with excellent and friendly staff. Would definitely stay again.
    The floor in our room had deficit issues, on top of that the shower base was shallow so we got a minor river in our room.
