    Lovely stay! Staff were lovely and facilities comfortable and clean. Would recommend!
    Beautiful little property with good views over the lake. Only a short walk from the town centre.
    The walls are a little thin so you could occasionally hear nearby rooms. The property is sent on a small hill. May be a little challenging for the elderly or if with children.

    The hotel while an older building, has charm, was partially updated. Good value and would stay there again.
    Location, very close to the old town district of Annecy, with a bus connection just minutes away. Easy access to everything. Parking is free.
    The beds probably should be replaced.

    The staff were so friendly. The location on the lake is ideal (if you enjoy a short walk to town). Really comfortable beds. Great coffee and pastries at the breakfast buffet.
    Room was a little dark and bathroom very basic.

    Room was lovely with a view to die for. Breakfast was also very good

    A really nice, quiet hotel with character and a welcoming feel. The staff were very helpful. Its a short walk down to the lake, and 20 min stroll along the lake to the town centre. The hotel offers secure bike storage, and there are plenty of routes for all level of cyclists to enjoy.
    We were at the top of the building. The room was a bit cramped, and the sloping ceiling in the bathroom was a bit of a challenge - and Im only 176cm.

    Lovely Hotel and Fab location
    Breakfast was expensive and perhaps was not value for money. That said it was still nice but was the only downside in my opinion about the hotel. Views from the hotel exceptional. We booked a room with a balcony and was super.
