    Very nice and clean hotel. Close to the center.
    The noise from cleaning staff woke me up at around 9am the 2 days I stayed they started vacuuming the corridor and cleaning the rooms around while talking loudly. Very upsetting.

    Decent hotel and good value. Annecy is a delight.
    Clean, good parking and breakfast. Nice little garden to sit in.
    We had a problem with the shower which was resolved rather reluctantly. The walk in to town at night was along a rather threatening street.

    The breakfast was so good. So many delicious/fresh choices. The lovely family who are the owners and their entire staff couldnt be more accommodating. I am an older/solo traveler and felt safe and so comfortable. I love the beautiful green gardens that the breakfast area looks out on. And, for me, the location was perfect. An easy walk from the train station and also easy walk to Old Town and Lake Annecy.

    Location, breakfast, the staff was great and the parking.
    The room needs some update, but it was good enough for a few days. I would stay there again.

    Excellent option for those traveling by car or not.
    I stayed in Annecy for 2 nights and this hotel has no downsides. Good location, private parking garage, welcoming staff, modern, clean, comfortable and spacious rooms and a very good breakfast.
    There is nothing to complain about.
