    The location is in the city center, closed to landmark. The parking at hotel de ville is very convenient and closed to the hotel. The reception gave me the discount coupon for parking.
    The sofa bed is very soft.

    Our family stay together in emperor suite locate on second floor with balcony. Stunning view from the room and closely to every check point of Annecy. Perfect time and perfect place with this room.

    Great place to stay, we will be back
    The location was perfect for the Christmas market. The staff were so nice and accommodating. Books, coffee machine and kettle all in the rooms. So nicely laid out. Shower was hot and powerful.
    Lots of steps but that was the small price you pay for staying in an older building.

    Our suite was fantastic, and the hotel was beautifully situated overlooking the waterway and the Christmas Market, with a beautiful view of the lake. All the staff were really friendly and helpful

    Location, location, location!!!
    Property is central to everything in old town. Perfect location. Bed is comfortable.
    Carpet was very stained. Shower over bath. Not much of a wardrobe so had to keep our things on our luggage or on a chair
