    maybe tea/coffee in the room. someone had been smoking in the room not the hotels fault. very faint but to a non smoker noticeable.

    Excellent location a short distance from the city, clean and good sized room, excellent and helpful staff.
    Location was within a short tram ride to the old city and the Christmas markets. Parking was great. Hotel was clean and staff extremely helpful. Would stay again.

    Super friendly, great small hotel.
    Extremely helpful and nice staff (Cindy and Francesco). Cindy organised our dinner table on a short notice and was efficiently in contact with us already before arrival. Hotel is very well located. Good parking in front of the rooms. Great breakfast for a fair price (12). Room was spotless, everything freshly renovated. Highly recommended!!

    Fabulous hotel, recently renovated with well equipped, quiet rooms & nice bathroom. Breakfast was generous, we secured parking for extra cost which id recommend.

    Will return with great pleasure! Great place to stay in Annecy
    Very comfortable, very pleasant, fantastically helpful and polite staff. The parking is small, but extremely welcome (do reserve your parking place first!). Great base to explore the city on foot. We got a surprise free room upgrade, so the whole experience was even more pleasant.
    Some vegetables would be a good addition to the breakfast offering.

    It was super excellent time I spend during my stay in the hotel,, very clean,,taking care of all little details, lovely decorative touch, provide us umbrella when it was too raining & power socket. Staff where friendly too.

    The hotel is very clean and modern and looks luxurious. The room was spacios and well planned out and very quiet. The staff extremely nice. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.
