    Online photos don't justify the real rooms
    Location and staff.
    The room was in really bad condition. There was a smell of mould. Ceiling looked like it's gonna fall. The shower head was broken. Wouldn't stay again. You can find the better properties in the same price.

    Nice hotel not far from centre of Annecy
    Breakfast was nice buffet style with plenty of choice and available from 0630 which helped us get away early to avoid "rush hour" traffic. TIP : Annecy traffic is grid lock in morning rush hour !
    The entrance to the car park was very narrow (at the bottom of a ramp). OK for small cars, tight for medium sized cars, almost impossible for larger cars.

    Plumbing needs to be fixed before the room is rented out.
    The room was clean the staff helpful but the horrific mould smell from the bathroom drain was ruined everything!!! We had to keep the bathroom door closed and the window open. And that did not really help.

    Great location if you want to visit the old town and if you plan plan trips into the area around.
    The rooms were as expected. There's a garage in the basement but only suitable for small cars. A VW Touran would have barely fit into it. Luckly there are oublic parking spaces nearby which a free of charge from 19:00 to 09:00 in the morning. Great location if you want to visit the old town (about 25 walking minutes away) and if you plan trips into the country on the Eastern side of the lake. Friendly staff and easy check-in/out.
    One of the rooms smelled musty, like one of the siphons had fallen dry. Having the window open for some time helped a bit but we never got fully rid of that smell. Without that the hotel would have been just perfect.

    Disappointing
    The faulty AC made my stay very uncomfortable!
    Air conditioning wasnt working properly It was 34C outside Very uncomfortable in the room with a faulty AC I have mentioned it several times to the staff but nothing was done! I am a frequent customer of this hotel, so I dont think this is acceptable!
