The on-site restaurant is open Monday to Thursday evening for dinner and Monday to Friday noon for lunch. It is closed from Friday evening to Sunday evening. It serves traditional and family cuisine.     Good for a quick overnight stay
    Nice helpful staff and good to have a bar/restaurant facility, especially as we arrived late at night. Good basic stopover, like all Campanile hotels really!
    Really quite pricey after food/drinks for what is usually seen as a budget option. Quite tricky to find in the dark!

    The reception staff went above and beyond by staying to give us the room key (no 24hr reception?) as we got held up in the Monte Blanc Tunnel queues. it was a quick stopover on the way home.
    Hotel was dated and the bed a bit saggy. The curtains didn't quite fit all the way to the edge of the window so an outside light was visible all night (room 009). The wetroom had hair visible in the drain.

    Basic but reasonably good value for money.
    The room was basic but the bathroom was a good size and everything was very clean and tidy. Parking for the car was good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffets in the restaurant were excellent, breakfast was good with plenty of choices.
    It is out of town - hence the availability of parking, so there was little choice of nearby restaurants. We found an excellent restaurant about 20 mins walk away. We travelled into Annecy on the bus, which were frequent and free (for July and August).

    this hotel was being renovated but is caused no problems. the staircase was temporary up to the room. the room was modernised and the bed turned round from usual lay out. this was very good and gave much more space with the TV on the wall also. the manager was excellent.
    we had our evening meal in the restaurant. the menu was not straight forward. we chose the meat/steak and it was very poor.

    One worker was friendly and wanted to help us,next day gave us a present as apologizing. Good breakfast.
    The room didnt correspond the photos,the bed for the child was under the big bed and very uncomfortable,we couldnt sleep at all,the room was so tiny that it was impossible to move to the toilet because it was blocked by bed.The girl on reception was totally unfriendly even not trying to help,just repeated the phrase that the hotel doesnt belong to her and she cannot help.She started to talk to other clients just ignoring us,standing and waiting with the child.Complete disrespect.I have never seen such service in my life.I do not advise this hotel at all.

    Our rest room wash basin was blocked. We had to change the room and we were given a room with a temporary stairway. Very risky with a small child.
