Good

The staff is very nice and helpful, rooms are clean with sufficient space for parking and other stuff.

There was a constant smell in the corridor area, little far from the bus stop (for the people travelling without their car).

The reception team was OK I guess

We had to change room because of a shower leak, we realised when we walked on a wet carpet.. the breakfast is too expensive for what it is, the dinner as well, don't eat there. Double bed are just two single beds stuck together. Can hear the upstairs guest take a shower or use the toilets. Time of check-out no compensation was offered for our trouble.

It was OK but a little disappointing compared to the other BW hotels.

Breakfast excellent, fresh and great variety

Room was really small as was the bathroom. No food available Monday night when we arrived, not highlighted on the booking so had to go out again after a long drive.

A budget hotel. Good for a couple of days.

The location was great. Easy commute to Annecy. The buffet dinner was appreciated. The staff were friendly.

The room was too warm, even with the window opened. They advertise they have air conditioning, but this had been deactivated by management as summer was over. It was still too warm. When I suggested they shouldnt advertise aircon if they dont have it, they informed me they did, it was just turned off. They didnt see the problem there?! They suggested I open the window, but then the room filled with smoke from the smokers in the garden? over all it was a good stay though.
