Very good

Convenient location for public transport

The bus stop was right in front of the property. There are a few Halal restaurants, grocery shops and Mc Donalds is just 15 minutes walk away. The kitchen was fully equipped if you would like to cook.

The house is situated by the main road so it can be a bit noisy. Parking might be a bit of a problem. The room I stayed had a lot of windows, so it was a bit cold on rainy nights. The heater is centralised and it only switches on when the temperature goes low during winter.

I suppose we can be thankful that we had a private bathroom

No tv in rooms noise from traffic and especially noise from the permanent residents at all hours of the night ,also there was mice running around the shared kitchen so we couldn't use the facilities.

Wont return! Cold and noisy overnight stay

Room was very cold I Could hear every car and passer-by outside as I was allocated ground floor room so I struggled to sleep (cold & noise) not a good mix The property owner was quite rude on the phone and not the best of help at first which led to me standing in the cold for a good 10-15 minutes before entry Bed was uncomfortable and loud every time I moved Lack of pillows Apart from that not too bad

Very good

Comfortable, spacious. Very decent. Cooking facilities in the kitchen, large dining table in the kitchen. Some shops and different food parlours within walking distance. Free parking for car/van nearby. Pleasant other guests.

Only one toilet/bathroom, and on the very top. Single glazing windows, a bit noisy from the street.(not a problem for myself, still had good night sleep) might be an issue for "sensitive" ears.

Overall the house was lovely, clean and tidy and very comfy beds.

The property had lots of bedrooms and room for us all to sleep comfortably.

The kitchen was small compared to the rest of the home and considering to sleep 14 there were only 6 chairs for the table and not enough for everyone to sit down together for meals etc

I have serious concerns regarding the safety of this property, I believe it breaks a number of basic fire safety requirements. I will be reporting my views with the relevant authorities with supporting photographic evidence.
