    Breakfast was exceptional- great flavour and cooked to order, with plenty of choice. Our bedroom was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a very comfy bed.

    An oasis space - hidden in a small village - but great to go places from
    It looks like a regular house when booking but dont be confused its a wonderful bed and breakfast - really warm welcome - owners are wonderful lovely guest reception room - sofa /TV - table area - Great bedroom - so comfortable and you can tell its about what would make the guests stay lovely - shower was hot - lovely bathroom bits And breakfast was fabulous
    All good - nothing I didnt like For information- Its definitely a village on the coast - its not part of main Weston super mare and has got some country lane / hill start driving - I did arrive in a terrible storm - but nothing thats difficult but I got the open top bus into Weston pier and taxis are cheap back

    Lovely welcome from Jayne even though we had been delayed. It was an immaculate room and our dog was very welcomed and comfy too. Delicious breakfasts prepared to order - just lovely.

    Beautiful and very comfortable accommodation in a quiet location. Easy to walk to the beach at Sand Bay. Excellent breakfast. Jayne, the host, was very friendly and offered us lots of information about the area, taxis, eateries, walks. We ate out at The Nut Tree in Worle (a 5 min drive) one evening and The Brent House Carvery (a 20 minute drive) the other. Good value for money and delicious meals.
    Very minor things and didn't affect our stay. The bathroom sink could have been slightly smaller as it was very close to the toilet. Some very quiet background music at breakfast would have been nice but this is my personal choice. There is a pub directly across the road from the accommodation which was a bit hit and miss.

    House, our room & bathroom were exceptionally clean, there's even a guest lounge. All decorated in a contemporary style. Great breakfast choice and a very tasty cooked breakfast - definitely recommend

    Good dog friendly accommodation, would recommend it and would stay again.
    Located next to a huge dog friendly beach, good walks from the door. Nice room, excellent host and great breakfast.

    Very nice stop on our way home.
    Jane was very welcoming and the facilities were lovely. Our breakfast had a good choice and well prepared.
    We did have a little bit of difficulty to find the property but this was due to a road closure but Jane was able to talk us in .
