Superb

Very nice, comfortable room with a great view and modern interior. Fantastic breakfast buffet (way more than anyone could possibly eat). The private beach with access only for hotel guests, so very peaceful.

Nothing. You have to be aware it is a huge resort, though. We were here in low season, so it was quiet and peaceful. If you visit in high season it could possibly be quite busy and have more of a party vibe...(?)

Comfortable, clean, wonderful staff

lovely hotel, well managed and great staff. The rooms were clean and the views were spectacular.

This is a massive resort. Please bear in mind that it doesn't offer an intimate or personalised experience, and it can feel as though you are in a large corporate machine churning out tourists. The beach is not particularly clean and there was a lot of litter in the sea.

A great exotic getaway for families, couples, individuals. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful location. Excellent all around. However, the staff was especially good and in particular, Uyen, who made it so easy to make a quick booking and facilitate early morning transport to the ferry. Didn't meet her, but she was instrumental in making the stay very enjoyable.

Happy we chose this hotel for the last days of our vacation!

We extended our stay from 2 to 4 nights because we enjoyed it so much. We stayed in Deluxe Ocean King and later were upgraded to 1 BR residence. Both rooms had a great view. The design of the hotel is beautiful and views are spectacular. We loved the lush greenery, the in- and outdoor pools and beautiful beaches right next to it. The VR game zone was fun and there are karaoke rooms, billiard tables, gym, spa, restaurants and a sky bar. Staff were always friendly and attentive and we never had any problems with communication. I want to mention Mr. Quang, who provided immediate first class assistance whenever we needed anything. He even remembered our schedule and proactively reached out to us multiple times to make sure our stay is as comfortable as possible. Generous dining hours, huge buffet and good food. The hotel is spacious and the only time we would see many other guests was at peak time for breakfast. Other than that it was never crowded and we could really relax, sometimes we had the whole pool to ourselves. Weekend was a bit busier. Rooms are clean, pretty and comfortable. Beds are hard but we still slept very good. Yes the water splashed a bit in the first room because of the open bathtub/shower but I dont think its such a big problem. I can 100% recommend this hotel and would love to come back.

Most of the meals had meat or seafood in it, so unfortunately we couldnt eat much of it because we are vegan. But they offered to make a separate dish for us and we switched to vegetarian for those days so we still had enough to eat. It would be great if the hotel provided a bigger variety of vegan dishes in the future. After high tide we saw a lot of plastic trash on the beach. Not the hotels fault but I think every beach hotel should clean up the beach daily in responsibility of the environment.
