    Was with out a tv for 2 nights . The back door to the garden was let in locked when we got there and a window in the kitchen was insecure

    At least bedding was clean!!!
    Smell in the property is quite bad (damp/wet) Broken floor tiles in bathroom, laminate flooring in very poor condition, stained carpets, mould on Window frames and bathroom ceiling.

    A comfortable stay, with everything we needed.
    Quiet, comfortable and very convenient location for the family event we were attending in Hurstbourne Tarrant. Very close to a small local shop. Easy parking close by.
    The light in the living room didnt work, but someone came to fix it on the first morning of our stay.

    Awful. The short time that we stayed at Florence Court was miserable.
    Nothing.
    The property was unkempt and tatty. When you go on holiday you should feel relaxed and welcomed. We didnt. Parking was difficult due to cramped provision, the property was tatty and unloved. At first glance the bedrooms seemed ok but the towels left out for us in our room were grubby and stained. The double glazing was blown and the handle fell off one of the windows. The settees in the lounge were scratched and tatty and the put you up table in the lounge was rickety with just four chairs- despite the accommodation being able to house more. The garden was woeful. One broken chair in a cramped, tired space. In the kitchen, shelves were either missing or broken in both the fridge and freezer and the fridge looked grubby. Cleaning products looked like they had been thrown under the sink and the cupboards, crockery and utensils were grubby. The whole house had an air of neglect. Our whole party felt despondent - not the way you should start a break.
