Superb

I was overall very satisfied with my stay.

Staff was very nice and hotels restaurant was very good. Breakfast was excellent.

I was able to order coffee at night. I was not able to pay for a hotel directly on their website. It would not accept my CC. Had to use booking to do it. Taxi did not. arrive in the airport.

Good location in the center of the Wrzeszcz district with easy access to the train station, restaurants and shopping center. Nice breakfast, spacious room and bathroom.

Friendly staff, big room, clean

Staff was really friendly. Location near train, bus and tram stations. Two big shopping malls nearby, lots of food options there. Restaurant of the hotel was also great!

Beds were really soft, we both didn't sleep well. Card to enter the room had multiple errors during our stay, meaning we had to go back down to have it fixed at the counter and back up to the 6th floor multiple times.

The overall comfort of the room

In this particular room, the desk and the desk chair were too close to the bed and it was impossible to get to the other part of the room without moving the chair every time

Good location, clean and comfortable rooms.

WiFi didnt work for the 2 days I stayed there and all the reception staff had to say was its not our fault and didnt offer anything by way of showing theyre sorry. I had to demand some kind of compensation, which made me feel very unwelcome and embarrassed. They were happy to overcharge me 10 euro though (the listed price was 91 but I had to pay 105 in the end).

Good

Excellent hotel, but it was noisy outside that night.

Very clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Not the hotels fault, but: outside noise at night right outside the window, some construction work, asphalt levelling.

Pleasant

The reception guy was rude. Probably did not like my sport suit. Not sure if he should evaluate my appearance. In order to enable electricity in the room needed to reinsert the card multiple times.
