    The attitude of the Receptionists and staff was very good. they were welcoming and kind. they also offered a free welcome drink. the breakfast was fantastic with a variety of local and continental options. we checked out very early in the morning and they kindly prepared for us a breakfast pack .
    WIFI was not working well.

    The Hotel was warm, comfortable and welcoming, Staff were extra friendly Location was ideal, near all worthwhile attractions.
    Only complaint was ,Captains bar in hotel never open

    Great four night stay, already booked a room to come back in April
    Great breakfast,lots of choice. Nice quiet rooms, having a lift was a bonus. Location was great easy for getting to the old town. The staff were great, very helpful.

    Very friendly staff, super position in the city center, nice building and very good and tasty breakfast. Nice to have a parking spot for an additional charge (60PLN/day). The bar unfortunately was not working but there was a temporary mini-bar in front of the reception serving some drinks. Nice corner with play area and toys for kids. In general we were very happy of this structure and well consider to come back surely.
