Superb

Exceptional place, exceptional staff!

Staff extremely friendly, all of them and extremely helpful with any questions. Always a smile on their faces. Rooms spacious, beds and especially pillows heavenly. A big bonus: microwave, coffeemaker and fridge in room. Balcony with view of Atlantic great, always watched the sunrises. The whole hotel super clean.

The only tiny thing we did not like: the very small vanity area, you really were not able to leave any items out, everything had to be put away in the morning and evening.

Everything was on point a great stay!!

Thats the only thing they didnt offer breakfast you had to pay for it but other than that everything else was on point. No complaints at all and Im definitely going to be staying there again.

Breakfast super disappointed . It felt cheap just from the voucher given and they dont even explain what is considered part of the voucher. There is only one choice either you like eggs and roasted potatoes with protein or you pay everything else out of pocket. If you don't like regular coffee you pay for juice or a latte. With no refills either . No substutions either. We cannot eat meat so it was really unfair on the options no fruit or yogurt. Bread was only 1 slice of toast cut in half yet there was so much egg? And asking for extra was 2.00? It was better to just not offer it . Could have planned at another hotel at a lower rate and just have a good breakfast at a local diner. Paying 6.00 for one pancake is a ripoff and I would not recommend this over an ihop. Shower no hot water. Guess even with a hotel like Sheraton if you are on the beach then standards are lowered. Rooms are old. Don't close properly and have to slam the door otherwise doesn't lock Bathroom in main lobby smelled like a urinal disgusting especially shared female and male toilets overall. I had to go back to my room and use that one
