Love You Residence Inn!!!

The staff at the Inn was amazing, especially Tony at the desk. He was very cordial and helpful. The room's necessities were well thought out;; the kitchen had everything we needed, the pots and accessories were great, the fridge was a great size and it included an icemaker! The bathroom was very clean with a large shower.. the TV had a swivel base and the bed was comfortable. Lastly,with the exception of potatoes, breakfast was fantastic!! I've stayed at hotels before but this one tops them all! I would definitely choose Residence Inn on my next visit to Virginia Beach. I loved that there was free parking!

I didn't like that the TV kept going out and circling around during our program. There should be extra hangers for guests and breakfast should be extended an hr.

I was extremely pleased with the Residence Inn and would stay again.

My wife and I came to VaBch to finalize preparations for moving household furnishings from a storage unit there to a place in northern Virginia. The Residence Inn provided an extremely comfortable and convenient base for us. We even extended one night to allow a tropical storm to pass. I definitely would stay again if the occasion arises.

Hotel Front staff Keith Monton Front Desk manager and Dean Smith Supervisor Rude unprofessional

Never experienced Breakfast, due to the hotel mismanaging my reservation. The experience was very bad for myself and my family. The staff particularly Keith Monton Front Desk manager and Dean Smith Supervisor were unprofessional and rude.

I was amazed and expressed to him the gall, dismissive attitude, and lack of accountability on his part and found his attitude and behavior unprofessional and not warranted towards someone who drove 8 hours and prepared to spend over $1400 for a stay.
