Staff was very kind and close to our kids house.

Went down for breakfast at 8:00am and there was no food left and no one working in this area. Waffle iron was not working.

The was only one lady who was nice other then that I have no more to say

There was no towels or wash cloths.. they ended up giving me 3 towels but I was told there was no wash cloths.. they had a Christmas party for the staff going on until 10pm right outside our room it was loud.. the floor was dirty the roll out couch had no sheets and was stained bad.. the room smelled awful and the thermostat did not work. the breakfast was not that great.. I expected more for it being Hilton brand hotel.. I will never stay here again and I am done booking hotels all together..

Stephanie was very nice and kind and front desk staff was friendly!

Room was dirty and undusted, and furniture chewed up from a previous dog that stayed in our room. Surfaces were filthy and shower was filthy!! Sheets and pillow cases and curtains had stains

Staff was great. The young lady with facial piercings was a breath of fresh air. Very friendly. The hotel smelled divine.. The room was very comfortable.
