It was nice bit as the regular FourSeasons Hotel

They take credits from your accounts 2 times, one for hold & release and the other is after check-out. I tried reaching them out but no reply. So disappointing!

An excellent experience for someone who really wants to spend money for the finer things.

Right in the heart of downtown, minutes from everything

Entrance right off of the Main Street. Difficult to get into/out of. No self-parking; all valet or self-parking off-property and out of sight. Balcony brick/flooring was loose, as if tiles were missing mortar around the edges. Can make one hesitant to go out there, even though Im sure it was safe. Also, asked for a fan and was given a space heater

Exceptional

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. I had a cup of coffee in the lobby after I checked out. The room was extremely comfortable and the shower was exceptional.

My car was tagged with someone elses claim ticket. My car could have been given to someone else. This is an inexcusable mistake. I didnt sense that the valet thought it was a big deal.

excellent, courteous and well trained staff . good ambience

the location . unfortunately not much the property can do . its in a area of atlanta which I suspect has taken a big beating from covid. sad to see so much of homelessness and poverty as soon as you come out of the property . although we were on the 14th floor , not much views of the city .

my business partner and I had the same room type except she had different amenities upon arrival (dessert delivered to her room, not mine) and she was charged $200 less for booking on a different day than I did.

amazing hotel, did not feel like I was treated very appropriately by the staff

as always, the four seasons is an absolute treat

however, the staff had an error in my booking and called my room over 5 times about it very late at night. I offered to come resolve it at the front desk, they said it was fine and then someone called me again shortly there after.

Quiet & elegant with great service & amenities

excellent service, lovely & helpful staff willing to go the extra mile. really GREAT VEGAN options in the restaurants & at the bar. excellent food! unlimited ice tea refills! I love the south. Big room, very comfortable. Nice pool & whirlpool & gym.
